Terms of Service for Lumo

1. Provider

Lumo is provided by Agency Scripts, Sole Proprietor: Leon Rudolf, Die Halde 2, 64853 Otzberg, Germany, email [email protected] ("we").

2. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Lumo Discord bot, the dashboard at lumobot.net and Lumo Premium. By adding Lumo to a server, by using its commands or by logging in to the dashboard you accept these terms. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply in addition.

3. The service

Lumo offers free features (for example moderation, tickets, logs, welcome messages, button roles, FiveM tools, monitoring, the counting game and the server list) and paid Premium features (AI features and branding such as a custom bot nickname). The features and limits in force are the ones described on lumobot.net at the time of use. We continuously develop Lumo and may change or remove free features. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance or when Discord itself is unavailable.

Auto moderation, including image recognition, works with patterns and probabilities. It can remove messages by mistake or miss violations. Each server's team decides on punishments on its server: it can lift any automatic punishment in the log and report false detections to us.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use Lumo only in line with applicable law and with Discord's rules.
  • Do not use Lumo to send spam, to harass people, to distribute illegal content or to get around Discord's limits.
  • You are responsible for the texts, commands, knowledge and settings you enter for your server, and for the permissions you give the bot.
  • Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer Lumo, the dashboard or our infrastructure.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience: no insults, no advertising, no personal data of other people and no reviews in exchange for rewards. Server teams and we may hide reviews that break these rules.

We may restrict or end the use of Lumo for servers or accounts that break these rules.

5. AI features

AI answers are created automatically, are marked as AI answers and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions. AI features come with usage limits. The weekly AI allowance depends on the plan: subscriptions at the regular price and the free trial week have the full allowance; Lifetime at the regular price, subscriptions at the price for further servers and Partner Premium have 60 %; Lifetime at the price for further servers has 40 %. The dashboard shows in percent how much is still available in the current week. The AI levels (Lumo v1, v1.5 and v2) use up the limit at different speeds; in the automatic mode Lumo picks a level for each question.

5a. Lumo Webstore

With the Webstore module, a server can operate its own shop at an address such as name.agencyg.de, and with Premium also under a custom domain. The shop displays products from the server's Tebex account and redirects to the Tebex checkout.

  • Roles: The seller of the products is solely the operator of the shop (the server that set up the Webstore). Tebex processes the payment. We only provide the technical interface, do not accept payments, and do not become a contractual partner to purchases. Buyers direct questions regarding products, delivery, refunds, and cancellation to the operator or to Tebex.
  • Operator obligations: The operator must provide a complete legal notice and privacy policy. Without both, the shop will not go online. The operator is responsible for its products, prices, descriptions, taxes, and customer interactions, complies with Tebex terms as well as Cfx.re and FiveM guidelines, and does not infringe on third-party rights. Misleading offers, fraud, phishing, and illegal content are prohibited.
  • Advertising: Shops without Premium display subtle references to Lumo and Agency Scripts. With Premium, they can be disabled.
  • Creator Code: A server can create our Creator Code in its Tebex shop. The shop applies it to every order: We receive the agreed share of revenue, and buyers receive the configured discount. As long as the code exists and our regular check finds it, the server receives Premium without AI features. If the server removes the code, this Premium ends.
  • Header images: The provided header images are AI-generated and are labeled as such in the shop.
  • Addresses: There is no entitlement to a specific address. Certain names are reserved. We may change or revoke an address if it infringes third-party rights or is misleading.
  • Reports and bans: Anyone can report illegal content in a shop via lumobot.net/report. We review every report and may take a shop offline temporarily or permanently if it violates these terms or applicable law. We inform the operator and, where possible, the reporting party of the decision.
  • Data processing: To the extent that we process personal data of its customers for a shop, we do so on behalf of the operator. This is governed by the Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, which the operator enters into upon enabling the Webstore.
  • Review before going live: Every shop is reviewed automatically by Lumo before it goes online and again after changes. A shop only goes online once it has been approved. If the review finds gaps, the operator is informed in the dashboard and by direct message and can request a new review after fixing them. We may refuse or withdraw approval at any time. The review does not relieve the operator of its own responsibility.
  • Operator declaration and indemnity: Before going online, the operator confirms that it is the seller and solely responsible for its shop, products and legal texts. The operator indemnifies Agency Scripts against all claims by third parties, including authorities, arising from its shop, its products or its legal texts, including reasonable costs of legal defence.

5b. Custom Website (Add-on Service)

With the Custom Website add-on service, a server using the webstore can publish its own website from self-uploaded files with us, under an address such as name-web.agencyg.de or under a custom domain.

  • Price and Term: The service costs €4.99 per month and is billed in advance via PayPal. It renews each month and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the paid month, in the dashboard via "Cancel contract here" or in the PayPal account. With purchased Lumo Premium, the service is included for the duration of Premium.
  • Content: The operator is solely responsible for the content of the website. The obligations in Section 4 apply. In particular, phishing and requesting login credentials, malware, fraud, content relating to minors, hate speech, and content infringing third-party rights are prohibited.
  • Review: Each uploaded file is automatically scanned for malware before saving, and every change is reviewed by our AI prior to publication. We will not publish any change that violates these terms; the last approved version will then remain online. We may remove content if there are indications of legal violations. We do not assume an obligation to monitor content.
  • Mandatory Information: We take the legal notice and privacy policy of the website from the information provided by the operator for their webstore. The operator is responsible for ensuring that they are complete and accurate and that they also cover data processing on their website, such as integrated third-party services.
  • Technical Details: Only static files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, videos, PDF) up to 50 MB per server are served. None of this is executed on our server.
  • Data Processing: For personal data of website visitors, as with the webstore, the Data Processing Agreement applies.
  • Termination: If the service ends, we take the website offline and delete the files after 30 days at the latest.

6. Premium and Pro

  • Prices: the prices shown on lumobot.net are final prices. No VAT is shown according to § 19 UStG (German small business rule).
  • Tiers: there are two paid tiers, Premium and Pro. Pro includes everything in Premium plus your own website, automatic posting of new products and a larger AI allowance. The home page and the dashboard show which features belong to which tier before you buy.
  • Lumo Team: Premium and Pro also apply to Lumo Team (team.lumobot.net and the Lumo app). A team gets the plan of the Discord server connected to it, otherwise of the server with the highest plan that the team owner manages. The limits of each plan (for example members, storage, monitors) are shown on the home page and on team.lumobot.net before you buy. Lumo AI in the team uses that server's AI quota. If the plan ends, the limits of the free plan apply to the team; content above these limits is kept but cannot be extended.
  • Price changes: New prices apply only to new purchases. Running subscriptions keep the price at which they were taken out, as long as they are not cancelled or switched.
  • Plans: both tiers are available as a subscription paid monthly or yearly. Payment is made through PayPal. Existing subscriptions paid every six months continue on their terms but are no longer offered to new customers.
  • Lifetime: We offer the one-time purchase (lifetime) at the founder price for the first 20 purchases, until 30 November 2026, 23:59 (CET) at the latest. After that, lifetime is available at the regular price shown on the home page and in the dashboard before you buy. A purchased lifetime unlocks the chosen plan for one server without further payments for as long as we offer Lumo Premium. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
  • Per server, movable: a purchase applies to one Discord server. You can move purchased Premium or Pro in the dashboard to another server that you manage and that has Lumo, at most once within 24 hours; it then ends immediately on the previous server. Premium from vouchers, rewards and partner Premium cannot be moved.
  • Price for further servers: if you have Premium or Pro at the regular price on another server or are a partner, you pay a lower price for every further server; the dashboard shows it before you buy. It applies as long as this basis exists. If it ends, a subscription at this price ends at its next renewal: we cancel it, refund the payment taken for that renewal in full and end the subscription on that server. You can continue at the regular price at any time. Lifetime at the lower price requires a Lifetime at the regular price on another server whose withdrawal period has expired, or a partnership; a Lifetime bought this way remains in place.
  • Plan for up to 5 servers: Premium and Pro are also available as a subscription for up to 5 Discord servers (monthly or yearly, no one-time purchase). The subscription is booked on one server; in its dashboard you assign the other slots to servers you manage that have no paid Premium of their own, and you can free and reassign slots at any time. All slots end together with the subscription. Each server in the plan gets the AI usage of a further server. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal work as for any subscription.
  • Sub-servers: with Premium you can connect 1 sub-server to your server, with Pro or as a partner up to 3 (for example a ticket or team server). Premium of the main server also applies there as long as the sub-server has no more than 300 members or is smaller than the main server; otherwise Premium does not apply there until that is the case again. A sub-server gets the AI usage of a further server and no website of its own.
  • Subscriptions: a subscription renews automatically for the chosen term (one month or one year) until it is cancelled. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time: in the dashboard, via "Cancel contracts here" at the bottom of every page (also without logging in) or in your PayPal account. In the dashboard you choose whether the subscription ends at the end of the paid period (nothing more is charged and the tier stays active until then) or immediately (it ends right away and we refund the unused part of the paid period, calculated to the day, to your PayPal account). For yearly payment, the time used until an immediate end is charged at the monthly price of the chosen tier (one thirtieth for each day started), so that a year ended early does not cost less than paying monthly; within the withdrawal period, at least the calculation in section 7 applies. The dashboard shows you the amount before you confirm.
  • Changing plan or tier: if you change the plan or the tier on the same server, for example from monthly to yearly or from Premium to Pro, the previous subscription ends with the new purchase and we refund its unused part as with an immediate end.
  • AI top-ups: while Premium or Pro is active you can buy additional AI usage for a server as a one-time payment (for example +100 % or +500 % of the weekly AI allowance). A top-up applies only to that server, is used once the weekly allowance is used up and stays available as long as the server has Premium or Pro.
  • Free AI: without Premium, Lumo answers a limited number of questions per week free of charge on every server (currently 25). We can change the scope and availability of this free offer at any time; there is no entitlement to it.
  • No trial: we no longer offer a free trial. Trial weeks already redeemed run until they end and do not turn into a paid plan.
  • Vouchers: vouchers for Premium or Pro (for example from a purchase at Agency Scripts) can be redeemed in the dashboard, once per server and once per Discord account and only on servers without paid Premium. They apply for the stated period, end automatically, do not turn into a subscription and cannot be paid out or transferred.
  • Referrals: if another server buys Premium or Pro via your referral link or code and that purchase is still running after 14 days, your server receives one month of Premium free of charge as a thank-you or, if you already pay, additional AI credit. Referrals to yourself or your own servers do not count. The reward is not paid out. In case of abuse we can refuse or withdraw rewards.
  • Role on the community server: buyers receive a Premium, Pro or Founder role on the Agency Scripts Discord server. This is a voluntary extra without any entitlement; if the purchase ends, the role ends too.
  • Partners: official Agency Scripts partners receive Premium free of charge on one server of their choice for as long as the partnership lasts. The choice is fixed; if something changes, our support will help. For every further server, partners pay the price for further servers.
  • When Premium or Pro ends, the associated features switch off automatically. Your settings stay saved and work again as soon as the tier is active again.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a Premium purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. The automatic renewal of a subscription is not a new contract; changing plans is a new purchase.

How to withdraw: to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way is our withdrawal function, the link "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page of lumobot.net (directly: lumobot.net/withdraw), also without logging in. After you click "Confirm withdrawal", you immediately receive a confirmation by email with the content of your statement and the date and time of receipt. You can also send us the statement by email to [email protected] or by post. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the statement before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal: we refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day your withdrawal reached us, using the same payment method (PayPal); we do not charge any fees for this. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service provided until your withdrawal. For subscriptions we calculate it pro rata to the day from the price paid. For Lifetime, which has no fixed term, we calculate it based on the market value of the service: one thirtieth of the monthly price that applies to this server for each day started. With the withdrawal, Premium ends on the server concerned.

Early start: at checkout you expressly request that Premium starts immediately. You thereby confirm that you know that, if you withdraw, you pay for the value of the service provided until then, and that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided.

In addition, you can end any subscription immediately at any time and get the unused part refunded (section 6).

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential for the contract, and then only for the typical damage that could be foreseen. For free features we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. You are responsible for regular backups of your server settings and content.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for good reason, for example because of new features or changed law. We announce changes in the dashboard in advance. Subscribers can cancel before the changes take effect.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. If the language versions differ, the German version prevails.
